NOTE: In the summer of 2026, several medallions were moved from one location to another or placed back onstage from "retirement" at the Disneyland Resort. On August 5, 2026 it was reported that medallions in this machine were changed to:#233 Colorized 70th Mickey return, #234 Colorized 70th Minnie return, #235 Colorized 70th Castle return, and #236 Colorized 70th Tinker Bell return. This will probably be a short term / transitional and short-lived change.

This Disneyland Resort Medallion Machine was located inside the Candy Palace / Penny Arcade, Main Street USA. It originally offered the #252-255 Colorized 70th Anniversary medallions in late 2025. In mid 2026, the #303-304 "Happy 250th Independence Day" medallions were added replacing the #253 and 255 70th Anniversary medallions.

The first 30 Disneyland 70th Anniversary medallions were issued by May 15, 2025, with some a day or so earlier. The first group of 70th Anniversary medallions were bright silver in color with raised reeded edges. The second, colorized 70th design, was first placed onstage staring on July 17, 2025. All 70th themed medallions except for one, colorized or not, shared the same 70th reverse design, a large number "70" under a stylized castle at center over "Disneyland, RESORT" with a border of stars broken at the bottom center by "©Disney". (The #222 Magic Key Terrace 70th reverse was the exception with a 70th logo on the obverse and "Magic Key, Disneyland Resort" reverse design.)
Note: Of interest to advanced collectors, an additional 70th medallion, the guide #173, sold at the 2024 D23 Day at Disneyland Event, also had a 70th theme, the #173 Day At Disneyland Mickey 70th medallion, (Reverse).

The first "Happy 250th Independence Day" medallions were placed at the Candy Palace / Penny Arcade, Main Street USA, Disneyland Park, Anaheim, California on June 14, 2026. The 250th colorized silver medallion souvenirs featured a unique 250th reverse. The reverse design had images of Minnie Mouse and Mickey Mouse, in full Independence day attire, prominently placed to the left and right of a banner that read "Happy 250th Independence Day", in the background, a stylized Disneyland castle was under a sky of exploding fireworks and over a "©Disney" copyright at the bottom center of the design.

Pricing: All Disneyland Resort 70th Anniversary medallions were initially priced at $6.00 each or $20.00 when purchased in multiples of four setting a new price for all onstage medallions. (This is an increase from the original Disneyland Resort non-70th Anniversary vended medallion price of $5.00 each or $15.00 when purchased in multiples of four.) Colorized 70th Anniversary medallions, first introduced on July 17, 2025, were initially priced at $8.00 each or $30.00, if purchased in multiples of four bringing the price for a set of four from $15.00 to $30.00. The "Happy 250th Independence Day" medallions followed suit at an introductory price of $8.00 each or $30.00 for four.

The Happy 250th Independence Day and 70th Anniversary medallions offered by this machine, located at the Candy Palace - Main Street Penny Arcade, on June 14, 2026, were: Button 1: #303 Happy 250th Mickey Mouse. Placed on June 14, 2026. Button 2: #304 Happy 250th Minnie Mouse, Placed on June 14, 2026. Button 3: #254 70th Logo, Classic Disneyland Seven Flag Roadside Marquee with stars in the design field. DRM0254 Classic Disneyland Seven Flag Roadside Marquee Disneyland Resort Colorized 70th Anniversary medallion. "Retired* " This colorized silver Disneyland Resort 70th Anniversary medallion features a 70th Anniversary logo above "Disneyland Resort". The classic Disneyland seven flag roadside marquee is surrounded by stars. This medallion has no copyright notice on the obverse other than the Disneyland Resort trademark and features a reeded edge. First reported on December 25, 2025, replacing a temporary medallion in the #226, 227, 284 and 185 set which were in place of the likely sold out #247-250 Holiday themed set of colorized 70th Anniversary medallions. All 70th Anniversary medallions were scheduled to be taken offstage by August 10, 2026. This machine was initially located inside the Candy Palace aka Penny Arcade on Main Street USA, Disneyland Park, Anaheim, California, USA. This souvenir held a new place as button selection #3. DRM0252 Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse, Partners Colorized 70th Anniversary medallion. "Retired* " This colorized silver Disneyland Resort 70th Anniversary medallion features a 70th Anniversary logo above "Disneyland Resort". Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse are in their "Partners" pose surrounded by stars. This medallion has no copyright notice on the obverse other than the Disneyland Resort trademark and features a reeded edge. First reported on December 25, 2025, replacing a temporary medallion in the #226, 227, 284 and 185 set which were in place of the likely sold out #247-250 Holiday themed set of colorized 70th Anniversary medallions. Disneyland Resort "Happy 250th Independence Day" Colorized REVERSE: Colorized "Happy 250th Independence Day ©DISNEY" This silver colored medallion reverse is colorized and features Minnie Mouse, left and Mickey Mouse, right presenting a banner that reads "Happy 250th Independence Day" with a stylized castle at center in the background, under exploding fireworks and a "©Disney" at the bottom center of the design. This colorized Disneyland Resort medallion reverse was first placed onstage June 14, 2026, in the Candy Palace / Penny Arcade located on Main Street USA, Disneyland Park, Anaheim, California.

Disneyland Resort 70th Anniversary Colorized REVERSE: Colorized "70th, Disneyland Resort, ©DISNEY" This silver colored medallion reverse is colorized and features a large number "70" under a stylized castle at center over "Disneyland, RESORT". A border of stars is broken at the bottom center by "©Disney", stars make a border around the edge of the medallion. This colorized variation of the Disneyland Resort 70th Anniversary medallion reverse was first placed onstage July 17, 2025 in the Gone Hollywood Gift Shop in Disney California Adventure and in the World of Disney Gift Shop in Downtown Disney. This reverse design is common to all colorized 70th Anniversary medallions, although slight variations may exist.

Three Disneyland Resort medallion machines offered the #305-308 2025 D23 Day At Disneyland medallions. This year's medallions were upgraded with full color, cloisonné style designs sold in clear plastic protective capsules, at an upgraded price of $35.00 per set of four. (Definitely a step up from past Disneyland Resort medallions and reaching the quality of the Disneyland Hong Kong medallions.) Each of the three event machines offered the same four medallions: Button A. #305 Mickey & Minnie 25th, button B. #306 Disneyland Castle, button C. #307 Trader Sam, and button D. #308 Small World.

Locations: Candy Palace Disneyland, Kingswell Camera, Disney California Adventure, and Downtown Disney near the Monorail. (All three machines offered the same medallions. The Downtown Disney location machine is shown above.) 8-13-2026.

Cost: $35.00 per set credit card only, individual medallions were not offered. The locations were stressed with crowds. Limits of two sets per person were often enforced. Reportedly the machines were sometimes bypassed by Cast Members to deliver the medallions directly to the purchasers more quickly. Collectors reported that all medallions were sold out by mid-day.

DRM0305 D23 2026 Day At Disneyland Minnie and Mickey Disney California Adventure 25th Anniversary Themed Medallion. This frosted platinum or "silver" colored medallion with a matte finish obverse which features Minnie and Mickey Mouse on either side of the number "25" over "25 Years, Disney California Adventure". The medallions in this set were vended in clear plastic capsules and feature a reeded edge. (The reverse is mirror-like.) This souvenir token has no obverse copyright notice. First reported onstage August 13, 2026. By mid-day, all three machines offering this coin were reported by often tired and sometimes frustrated collectors as sold-out. The #305 2026 Day At Disneyland medallion reverse, which has silver colored mirror-like finish with frosted devices, features Carthay Circle Restaurant, Sleeping Beauty Castle, fireworks, and a banner that reads "D23 DAY AT DISNEYLAND® RESORT 2026". All four 2026 Day At Disneyland medallions share a similar reverse. However, each has a unique metal finish / color

DRM0306 2026 D23 Day At Disneyland Sleeping Beauty Castle with Disneyland Marquee Medallion. This gold colored medallion features devices with a matte / cameo finish. The detailed design includes the Sleeping Beauty Castle at center with the classic Disneyland entrance sign as a banner in front of the castle done in colors in a cloisonné style. (Definitely a step up from past Disneyland Resort medallions and reaching the quality level of the Disneyland Hong Kong medallions.) A ring around the inside edge of the medallion has miniature images of key attractions at the park. The medallions in this set were vended in clear plastic capsules and feature a reeded edge. DRM0307 2026 D23 Day At Disneyland Trader Sam's 15 Years Anniversary Medallion. This antique brass colored medallion features A banner that reads " TRADER SAM'S 15 YEARS, ENCHANTED TIKI BAR" with a tiki-style bamboo border and Tiki mug. The medallions in this set were vended in clear plastic capsules and feature a reeded edge. (The antique brass finish accents the design on the reverse.) DRM0308 2026 D23 Day At Disneyland it's a small world! Fantasyland Medallion. This gold colored medallion has devices accented with a frost finish. The obverse design has it's a small world! caricature of the attraction at center with vivid colors in a cloisonné style design. The words "SMILES", "60 Years" and "Fantasyland" tell the story of this long-lived ride. (Do you hear the sound track? :-) Do you hear it now? :-) The medallions in this set were vended in clear plastic capsules and feature a reeded edge. *Retired Disneyland Resort Medallions, once taken offstage are listed as "Retired". However, some medallions may sporadically return onstage or may be randomly moved from one location to another. Also on February 2024, a machine offering surplus Disney medallions for sale at half price was reported at the Cast Member only Harbor Point / Parkside entrance and on 8/1/2024 at Company D. Also it was reported on December 10, 2025 that the Company D Medallion Machine offered random "Mystery Medallions" four for five dollars.
