Note from Boomer. Your understanding is greatly appreciated while we work out the bugs. :-) Awareness, understanding, and compliance with an ever increasing number of regulations from the United States Federal Government, The State of California, Google, now The European Union's 220 page GDPR and California round two coming up... has become nearly impossible for this average guy pressed coin collector. Our intent is merely to share our online Disneyland pressed coin "Reference Book" and "News Page" with our visitors.
In an effort to comply without piles of record keeping, I think we have avoided the use of all "Cookies" and removed any web site provisions to request, accept, or retain any personally identifiable information from visitors.

What do we use your information for?
To provide you with the highest level of privacy, ParkPennies.com avoids collection of any visitor's personally identifiable information.
In mid May of 2018, ParkPennies.com removed that last two anonymized (not personally identifiable) "ParkPennies.com" cookies that had been used for web site analytics. If any ParkPennies cookies are still present in your browser from past visits, delete them or in time they will expire on their own. Your web site experience should not get any worse. :-)
Do we disclose any personally identifiable information to outside parties?
We're proud to be a free, non-commercial hobbyist reference web site... with nothing for sale. Therefore we have no need to collect any personally identifiable information like payment / credit card information, home addresses, credit card numbers, secret lucky Lotto numbers, phone numbers, etc. We also do not partner with any advertisers or use "popup ads", "web ads" or "Pay Walls" commonly seen on the 'net which often collect information about you. So, we have no need to collect or retain personally identifiable information as do many commercial web sites, thank goodness. Accordingly, we do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties any personally identifiable information.
However, we may need to release any information we have (if any) when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others' rights, property, or safety.
Third party links
Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer links that we feel may be helpful to third party web sites, products, or services on our web site. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
Because we value your privacy, (and ours :-), we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. Therefore if we wind up with your personal information, which as you can see, we are trying to avoid, we will not distribute it to outside parties without your consent.
