Disneyland Resort Medallion Vending Machine Set "Retired*" #131-134 is a set of four medallions, all Pixar Fest themed. The bright brass or "Gold" colored medallions feature reeded edges. The designs were #131 Bugs Life, Dot and Flik on a leaf, 1998, #132 Finding Nemo, Dory, 2003, #133 Emile and Remy,and #134 Carl Fredricksen and Russell. All medallion reverses are "Pixar Fest, CELEBRATING FRIENDSHIP & BEYOND, ©Disney/Pixar ". First reported onstage April 26, 2024. Replaced the #94 Daisy & Minnie, #95 Mickey Goofy & Donald, #96 2024 Minnie, #97 2024 Mickey. The new #135 Pirate Redd, Disney Attractions #2, replaced the #98 Disney Attraction Series #1 medallion April 26, 2024. The DRM0135 was replaced by the DRM0171 Attractions Series #3 medallion around July 4, 2024. Pieces of Eight Gift Shop, DLR 4-26-2024 DRM0135 Disney Attractions Series #2 Medallion featuring Pirate Redd. This dark bronze colored medallion features the a depiction of the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction Pirate Redd, a transitional character that has held high profile places in the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction story from the very start. Below the image which includes "#2", is a banner that reads "DISNEY ATTRACTION SERIES". View a closeup of the vending machine Disney Attraction Series widow sticker. The new #135 Pirate Redd, Disney Attractions #2, replaced the #98 Disney Attraction Series #1 medallion April 26, 2024. The DRM0135 was replaced by the DRM0171 Attractions Series #3 medallion around July 4, 2024. Then returned around August 1, 2024 as button B selection. The machine was initially located in front of the LGM Store Command Gift Shop (The exit to Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters attraction.) However, by May 7, 2024 the machine had moved across the walkway to a location near Star Trader Gift Shop inside the exit from the Space Mountain attraction in the hart of Disneyland's Tomorrowland. Disneyland Resort Medallion Machine #144-147, offered this set of four medallions featuring #144 Pixar Fest Toy Story 2 1999, #145 Pixar Fest Coco 2017, #146 Cowboy Mickey, and #146 Cowgirl Minnie which were onstage by April 26, 2024. By August 8, 2024 medallion 144 and 145 were replaced by medallion #177 and 178. (Possibly replaced on August 4, 2024.) The marquee, location and machine remained the same only the medallions and selection buttons were updated. This medallion machine set was originally located at the Pioneer Mercantile, Frontierland, Disneyland Park USA and replaced a penny press machine which had previously offered the DL0502-04 set of designs at the same location. The Magic Key Terrace Medallion Machine Buttons Set #90, 92, 156, 93. Pixar Animation Studios, Disneyland Castle, Pixar Pal-A-Round (2001 Sun Wheel, 2008 Mickey's Fun Wheel), and the classic Seven-Flag Disneyland Sign. 4-26-2024.
On 4-26-24, the #156 Pixar Animation Studios medallion was reported.
This new Pixar Fest medallion features the Pixar Fest reverse or backstamp.
It replaces the Walt and Mickey partners medallion #92.

Disneyland Resort Magic Key Medallion Vending Machine Set #156, 90, 91, 93. This machine originally offered a set of four medallions, #90-93, all Magic Key themed on April 25, 2024, the #92 medallion, the Walt and Mickey Partners medallion was replaced by a new Pixar Fest themed medallion, the #156 Pixar Animation Studios medallion. Then, around August 4, 2024 the #92 Walt and Mickey medallion returned to take the place of the #156 Pixar Fest medallion. These bright brass or "Gold" colored medallions feature reeded edges and were #156 Pixar Animation Studios, #90 Disneyland Castle, #91 Pixar Pal-A-Round ("Ferris wheel" aka 2001 Sun Wheel, 2008 Mickey's Fun Wheel), and #93 the classic (1958-1989) Seven-Flag Disneyland Sign. Medallion reverses are Magic Key logo with the exception of the #156 Pixar Fest reverse. The machine was first announced by Disney on October 26, 2023 to be onstage October 27, 2023. On April 26, 2024, the #92 Walt and Mickey Partners medallion was replaced by the #156 Pixar Animation Studios medallion featuring a Pixar Fest reverse or backstamp. The machine was originally located at the exclusive Magic Key Terrace dinning patio in a small gated alcove. These medallions were not as easy to obtain as other medallions at the time. Additional requirements usually had to be met. You had to have a reservation and ticket / passport to enter Disney California Adventure Park and have a Magic Key "Annual Pass" or a good friend with one to enter the area to purchase these medallions. (Rumors that some avid collectors have been successful in bypassing the last requirement are known.)

Then, around April 26, 2024, The #111 The Mad Hatter & Alice and #114 Mowgli & Kaa medallions were replaced by Pixar Fest medallions #165 The GOOD Dinosaur 2015 and #166 Onward 2020. Also, the button order was changed. The machine was originally located at the Disneyland Hotel, Downtown Disney, Disneyland Resort, USA.
