This Disneyland Resort Medallion Machine located inside the Candy Palace / Penny Arcade, Main Street USA, offered the #198-201 70th Anniversary medallions. The first 30 Disneyland 70th Anniversary medallions were issued by May 15, 2025, with some a day or so earlier. All were bright silver in color with raised reeded edges. All except for the #222 Magic Key Terrace 70th Anniversary medallion (Reverse), shared the same reverse design featuring a large number "70" under a stylized castle at center over "Disneyland, RESORT" with a border of stars broken at the bottom center by "©Disney". The machines were placed in Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure, The Disneyland Hotel, The Grand Californian Hotel and Spa, The Pixar Place Hotel, and in Downtown Disney. All medallions were initially priced at $6.00 each or four for $20.00.

The 70th medallions offered by this machine, were Button 1: #198 70th Logo, Mickey Mouse with stars in the design field. Button 2: #199 70th Logo, Minnie Mouse with stars in the design field. Button 3: #200 70th Logo, Pluto with stars in the design field. Button 4: #201 70th Logo, Goofy with stars in the design field. This machine was placed inside the Candy Palace / Penny Arcade on Main Street USA, May 15, 2025. These 70th Anniversary medallions replaced the #94, 95, 184 and 185 medallions at the Candy Palace.

Then around May 22, 2025, the #210 Country Bear Musical Jamboree medallion was replaced by the legacy medallion #182, Ursus H. Bear. The machine was located in Bayou Country, Disneyland Park, USA. The medallions in this set initially replaced the #186, 187, 181 and 182. (The #182 returned a few days after the 70th medallion set was placed onstage and replaced the #210 Country Bear Musical Jamboree medallion.)

DRM0210 Country Bear Musical Jamboree with Earnest the Dude, Disneyland Resort 70th Anniversary medallion. "Offstage" possibly retired. This bright silver colored Disneyland Resort 70th Anniversary medallion features a 70th Anniversary logo above "Disneyland Resort" with an image of Earnest the Dude holding his hat brim and smiling above a banner that reads "Country Bear Musical Jamboree" surrounded by stars. This medallion has no copyright notice on the obverse and features a reeded edge. First reported on May 13, 2025, probably replaced the #186. (Note: This medallion was reported offstage and replaced by the #182 Ursus H. Bear medallion, by May 22, 2025, a short time onstage. Disneyland Resort has on occasion overlooked DLR souvenirs with images or references to attractions only found at WDW. However, given this medallion has now been offstage for 10+ days, maybe in this case, the souvenir didn't get a pass and has been permanently recalled / retired? As long-time readers / Advanced Collectors will know, "Country Bear *Musical* Jamboree" is the reimagined attraction currently at Walt Disney World, "Country Bear Jamboree" is the beloved Disneyland attraction which was replaced by "The Many Adventures of Winnie The Pooh" in 2001.) The 70th machines were placed in Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure, The Disneyland Hotel, The Grand Californian Hotel and Spa, The Pixar Place Hotel, and in Downtown Disney. First reported onstage May 13, 2025. This reverse design is common to all 70th Anniversary medallions, (except for the #222 Magic Key Terrace 70th Anniversary) although slight variations may exist.

Disneyland Resort Magic Key Medallion Vending Machine Set #222, 92, 90, 197. This machine offered a set of four medallions, all Magic Key themed. Over time, the medallions in this machine were displaced, replaced and moved from one button assignment to another. Sometimes offstage only to return at a later date. But, as of May 13, 2025. The offerings were Button 1: #222 a newly placed Disneyland Resort 70th Anniversary silver Mickey and Minnie medallion, Button 2: Sleeping Beauty Castle, Button 3: Walt and Mickey Partners, and Button 4: #197 a newly placed Magic Key Duckey medallion. All medallions featured reeded edges. (If interested, here is some past history about the Magic Key medallion machine / location.) The machine was originally located at the exclusive Magic Key Terrace dinning patio in a small gated alcove. These medallions were not as easy to obtain as some other medallions of the time. Additional requirements usually had to be met. As posted on the Disneyland Blog and other locations, you had to have a reservation and ticket / passport to enter Disney California Adventure Park and have a Magic Key "Annual Pass" or a good friend with one to enter the area to purchase these medallions. (Rumors that some avid collectors have been successful in bypassing the last requirement are known.)

It seen in statue form at the Disneyland Hub, WDW and numerous pictures, coins, souvenirs. The 70th machines were placed in Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure, The Disneyland Hotel, The Grand Californian Hotel and Spa, The Pixar Place Hotel, and in Downtown Disney. First reported onstage May 13, 2025. This reverse design is common to all 70th Anniversary medallions, (except for the #222 Magic Key Terrace 70th Anniversary) although slight variations may exist.

#127-130 REVERSE Design: Grand Opening, Pixar Lamp balancing on top of the Pixar Ball / Luxo Ball, Pixar Place Hotel.  The reverse design of this bright brass or "Gold" colored souvenir medallion offers Grand Opening over an image of the Disney / Pixar Pixar Lamp balancing on top of the Pixar Ball / Luxo Ball, Pixar Place Hotel.  These Pixar Place Hotel Grand Opening medallions have reeded edges of varying depths.

This Disneyland Resort 70th Anniversary Medallion Machine offered only the #226 and #227 70th Anniversary medallions. The first 30 Disneyland 70th Anniversary medallions were issued by May 15, 2025, with some a day or so earlier. All were bright silver in color with raised reeded edges. All except for the #222 Magic Key Terrace 70th Anniversary medallion (Reverse), shared the same reverse design featuring a large number "70" under a stylized castle at center over "Disneyland, RESORT" with a border of stars broken at the bottom center by "©Disney". The machines were placed in Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure, The Disneyland Hotel, The Grand Californian Hotel and Spa, The Pixar Place Hotel, and in Downtown Disney. All medallions were initially priced at $6.00 each or four for $20.00.
Note: Of interest to advanced collectors, an additional medallion, sold at the 2024 D23 Day at Disneyland Event, also had a 70th theme, the #173 Day At Disneyland Mickey 70th medallion, (Reverse).

The two Disneyland Resort 70th Anniversary medallions offered by this machine by May 13, 2025, were Button 1: #226 Donald and Button 2: #227 Daisy. Additionally, the machine offered two carry-over medallions the Button 3: #184 2025 Minnie and Button 4: #185 2025 Mickey. The machine was located at The World of Disney Gift Shop in Downtown Disney, Disneyland Resort, USA. This machine has been designated as the second or #2 machine at this location. Machine #1 remained unchanged for the 70th as of May 25, 2025. The #226 and 227 70th medallions replaced the #184 and 185 medallions.
