CA0065 Horizontal pressed penny or elongated coin image. or souvenir coin image. DISNEYLAND ® RESORT, Lightning McQueen, no inscription © DISNEY/PIXAR, no border. First on-stage in Disneyland 11/15/06 as the DL0381. Moved to DCA 12/13/06 as the CA0086. It was replaced by a dime version of this die featuring a 10th Anniversary backstamp as the CA0089 for The Disney California Adventure 10th Anniversary on April 15, 2011. To improve the quality of the pressed dime form, the CA0089 dime image was enhanced by the addition of a Cars Logo added above and to the right of the Lightning McQueen image on June 23, 2011 making the CA0113. Due to location closings for the expansion of DCA, the CA0113 dime press machine was not accessible after the start of the August 2011 DCA entrance remodel.

First on-stage at The Little Green Men Store Command Gift Shop on 11/15/06 in the gas pump themed "Autopia" penny press. On 12/13/06, this machine was moved to the Greetings From California Gift Shop in Disney’s California Adventure. At that time, the coins in this set were given appropriate CA Guide numbers. The button assignment for this coin remained unchanged as "A".

This is the first ever Disney California Adventure pressed nickel also the first Seasonal Nickel ever offered in DCA. First on-stage 12/24/10. Possibly displaced the CA0004-5-6 penny machine. Retired by 1/17/11.
Backstamp: DISNEY CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE with a large pine-branch-like snowflake background. Button "C".

First on-stage at The Engine-Ears Toys Store on 12/24/10 in a three play penny press that held only this one die for the first 16 days. Button "C". Button "A" and "B" were blank.
