Reported by noted collector, Dee. D. in 2006. This an example of the "polished" or "sanded" variation. Same coin, same die, with evidence of or the appearance that the coin field has been resurfaced.
The scans of this coin do not show the differences between it and the TDL0427 as clearly as other examples in this group of three coins.
