Pressed Coins at Disneyland Andriod Phone AppApp for Android Devices

The Pressed Coins at Disneyland Android Phone App Is available from Bad Llama Group at the Google Play Store for free and requires only a single permission for map location. Using the author's own images and data as well as some of ParkPennies' per our terms of use, the app offers maximum pressed coin information including images of pressed coins, machines, marquees... The cool map feature pinpoints machine locations in Disneyland, Disney California Adventure, and Downtown Disney. One of the very useful collection features helps keep track of the onstage coins you already have as well as the coins you want to press.

Official Disney Apps: The "Disneyland® App" also includes penny press machine locations.
However, as of early 2018, Disney apps only provide "recent" machine map locations, not coin descriptions.
Both Android and Apple apps available and free at Google Play and The Apple App Store.

How Much Do Pressed Pennies Cost?

Most all pressed pennies cost only 50 cents each plus the penny to be squished; pressed nickels cost 75 cents plus the nickel to be smushed; pressed dimes cost 75 cents plus the dime to be smashed; smashed quarters are usually 75 cents or $1.00 plus the quarter that is flattened before your eyes. Pressed coins are possibly one of the best souvenir bargains to be found at Disneyland and other tourist locations...

What coins will I need to use the Disney penny presses? Usually, just three common United States coins, one cent coin also called a penny coin to press and two 25 cent coins also called quarter coins to pay for pressing. You can usually exchange one US $1.00 for 100 cents or 4 quarters at most retail stores or shops. That makes the total cost for one pressed penny, one penny and two quarters or slightly more than one half of one US dollar, 51 cents. Pressed pennies are very inexpensive souvenirs!
Note: There are two common types of "Pennies" also known as US cents. If the penny / cent coin is dated before 1982 it is most likely solid copper, newer coins are copper plated zinc. Either type will work. However many collectors prefer to use solid copper pennies / cents which have dates before 1982.
