This is the first book offered at Hong Kong Disneyland. It does not offer a coin in the cover as do some other souvenir pressed penny books, however, we know many collectors will want to see it. All graphics are in English on this four-fold wallet style book. Each inside panel holds six coins for a total capacity of 24.

The HKDL Pressed Penny Collecting Books, Holders, and Accessories For years, we resisted adding pressed penny related items. However, the when the first Disneyland penny collecting book was offered and included an exclusive limited edition pressed penny in the cover, we had to list it. Then a few Tokyo Disneyland penny collecting books were offered with simulated coins in the cover. So, they were added. Now, penny holders have caught the eye of many collectors and... Hong Kong Disneyland opened with several "penny press" machines on-stage waiting for collectors. The machines offer "Magical Coins" that are pressed on blanks or planchets as are the "pressed pennies" at the Tokyo Disneyland Resort. Gotta have penny collection books and holders for Hong Kong Disneyland as they do Tokyo Disneyland in Japan! Right? Accessories for these very fun collectibles first started with a few books early after the park opened and soon charm holders were added. Because Hong Kong's Magical Coins are about the same size as the "pressed penny" medals of the Tokyo Disneyland Resort, many nearly identical holders and book styles are offered in both parks. Although these penny books and holders are made to hold the larger souvenir, in most cases, they will also hold pressed US nickels and pennies from the Disney Resorts in the United States.
